Earlier today I noticed that the PCD website was down... at 3:05 pm Eastern time I opened a ticket with the webhosting company... at 3:09 pm Eastern time I received a reply asking me to check the site again.
Whatever problem was causing the PCD website to be down has been resolved, and as Doc Hudson said, "we are back in the race".
Hopefully everyone is doing well - sorry that we were down for a couple of days.
