What's New on Disney Store?

I am not sure is it appropriate to start a thread like the Ebay thread but i think some of the Disney Store release do worth mention on the board...

I will start with this

The combat ship is back with 3 new cars!!! Blue Torch Acer and w Orange Torch Grem ! I will skip the XXXX XXXXXXXX since that particular model is like giving everyone a nightmare

Also, the Disney Store released a huge 22 Pack of Cars for around $120 that contains a lot of great Cars;

I can't tell for sure whether or not Shu, Max and Lewis are metallic, so I kept them as normal, un-metallic until further notice. The only pictures that I know of are on TakeFiveADay here. It is on the very last Post on the bottom of the page.

Edit: Just saw some pictures that showed that Max Schnell is metallic, although I still can't tell whether Shu and Lewis are...
Second Edit: Added Shu and Lewis as metallic thanks to the help of a member on Cars The Toys.

I think i saw someone selling it on Ebay and apparently the description for Shu is pearl painted but Max and Lewis is metallic.

This is also a set that i am keen on having because of the tunerz. However, the price tag is scaring me! I guess i will wait for the sales and get it cheap.

The mattel version will not be as cool as the Disney Store !

If you haven't gotten this Combat Ship and you have kids, GET IT! I got it last year for BobbyJack and this thing is awesome. Haven't seen it available since last Thanksgiving.

While my grandchildren have outgrown Cars, they do enjoy playing with the Disney Store Combat Ship... I agree - it's a great item.

The Disney Store also has the return of their Disney Store playsets - I have the Radiator Springs Courthouse and Tow Mater's Junkyard as those were not released by Mattel... I don't have the Disney Store Luigi's Casa Della Tires or Ramone's because I have the Mattel version... the little radio control Cars that come in those sets are fun, although the McQueen that came in the courthouse set broke.

I want Mater's Junkyard. Just not enough to spend $35 on it. If I was going to spend $35 on a playset, it would have to be the Mattel one I'm missing; Lizzie's Curio shop.

spotted a few new disney store twin packs (uk) today
dinoco mcqueen/chick - mcq looked the business but chick looked small by comparison, pity it wasnt a single
wasabi mater/security finn,- both looked beezer

I like the Hudson Hornet McQueen... I started buying the Disney Store Chase Cars several months ago when there were no Mattel Cars available... I haven't stopped the Chase Cars yet.

Fabrizio is cool! I prefer this over the Mattel version.
It would be better if the shade is a little darker.
